This Privacy Policy explains how Dobel (“Dobel,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use the dobel.ai website, the app at app.dobel.ai, and related services (the “Service”). It is part of our Terms of Service. Dobel pays special attention to biometric data (your face and voice), because the Service creates a digital clone.

03Datos biométricosBiometric data

Para crear tu «doble» digital, procesamos identificadores biométricos derivados de tu rostro y tu voz (por ejemplo, geometría facial y características vocales). Lo tratamos como información sensible. To create your digital “double,” we process biometric identifiers derived from your face and voice (for example, facial geometry and voice characteristics). We treat this as sensitive information.

Para generar los videos, tus datos biométricos se transmiten a ByteDance, nuestro proveedor de generación de video (ver Sección 5), únicamente con ese fin. Conservamos los datos del avatar mientras tu cuenta esté activa y los eliminamos tras su cierre, salvo obligación legal de conservarlos. To generate the videos, your biometric data is transmitted to ByteDance, our video-generation provider (see Section 5), solely for that purpose. We retain avatar data while your account is active and delete it after closure, unless we are legally required to keep it.

06Inteligencia artificial y no entrenamientoArtificial intelligence & no training

No usamos tu rostro, tu voz, tu contenido ni tus datos biométricos para entrenar modelos de inteligencia artificial, y no vendemos tus datos biométricos. Tu contenido se envía a los proveedores de IA (como ByteDance) únicamente para generar los videos que solicitas; cuando está disponible, contratamos condiciones que impiden que usen tu contenido para entrenar sus modelos. We do not use your face, voice, content, or biometric data to train artificial-intelligence models, and we do not sell your biometric data. Your content is sent to AI providers (such as ByteDance) solely to generate the videos you request; where available, we contract for terms preventing them from using your content to train their models.

08Conservación de datosData retention

Conservamos tus datos mientras tu cuenta esté activa o según sea necesario para prestar el Servicio. Tras el cierre de la cuenta, eliminamos tu avatar y tus datos biométricos y borramos o anonimizamos el resto, salvo lo que debamos conservar por motivos legales, contables o de seguridad. We retain your data while your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After account closure, we delete your avatar and biometric data and delete or anonymize the rest, except what we must keep for legal, accounting, or security reasons.

09Tus derechosYour rights

Según donde vivas, puedes tener derecho a acceder, corregir, eliminar o exportar tus datos, a oponerte o limitar ciertos tratamientos, y a retirar tu consentimiento. Your data may be processed outside your country of residence. Where required by law, we apply appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

12Menores de edadChildren

El Servicio es solo para mayores de 18 años. No recopilamos conscientemente datos de menores. Si crees que un menor nos ha proporcionado datos, escríbenos y los eliminaremos. The Service is for users 18 and older only. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
