01Aceptación de los TérminosAcceptance of the Terms

Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses el Servicio. Si usas Dobel en nombre de una empresa, declaras que tienes autoridad para obligar a esa empresa. By registering, ticking an acceptance box, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use Dobel on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

02Quién puede usar DobelWho can use Dobel

• Edad mínima. Debes tener al menos 18 años. El Servicio no está dirigido a menores de edad y no debes usarlo si eres menor.Minimum age. You must be at least 18 years old. The Service is not directed to minors, and you may not use it if you are a minor.

You are responsible for your account, for the accuracy of your information, and for keeping your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Capacidad. Declaras tener la capacidad legal para aceptar estos Términos.Capacity. You represent that you have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.

03Qué es DobelWhat Dobel is

Dobel es una herramienta que usa inteligencia artificial para ayudarte a crear videos cortos tipo «vocero»: a partir de una foto y una muestra de voz puede generar un «doble» digital (un avatar con tu rostro y tu voz), escribir guiones y producir videos de ti hablando. También ofrece avatares generados por IA que no representan a una persona real. Dobel is a tool that uses artificial intelligence to help you create short “spokesperson” videos: from a photo and a voice sample it can generate a digital “double” (an avatar with your face and voice), write scripts, and produce videos of you speaking. It also offers AI-generated avatars that do not represent a real person.

El Servicio se ofrece «tal cual». Los resultados generados por IA pueden contener imprecisiones y dependen de los datos que proporcionas. The Service is provided “as is.” AI-generated results may contain inaccuracies and depend on the data you provide.

04Clonación, voz e imagen: tu consentimientoCloning, voice & likeness: your consent

Esta sección es esencial. Dobel crea un clon digital de un rostro y una voz. Para proteger a las personas, aceptas lo siguiente: This section is essential. Dobel creates a digital clone of a face and a voice. To protect people, you agree to the following:

a) Solo tú, o alguien que dio su consentimientoa) Only you, or someone who consented

Solo puedes crear un avatar a partir de tu propio rostro y tu propia voz, o de los de una persona real adulta que te haya dado su consentimiento explícito, informado y verificable por escrito para ser clonada y para los usos que le darás. Debes poder demostrar ese consentimiento si te lo solicitamos. You may only create an avatar from your own face and voice, or from those of a real, adult person who has given you explicit, informed, verifiable written consent to be cloned and for the uses you intend. You must be able to evidence that consent if we ask.

b) Está estrictamente prohibido clonarb) It is strictly prohibited to clone

• A cualquier persona sin su consentimiento.Anyone without their consent.
• Menores de edad, bajo cualquier circunstancia.Minors, under any circumstance.
• Figuras públicas, celebridades o funcionarios para hacerlos decir o hacer algo que no dijeron o hicieron, o de forma engañosa.Public figures, celebrities, or officials to make them say or do something they did not, or in a misleading way.
• A personas fallecidas sin autorización de quien tenga derecho a otorgarla.Deceased persons without authorization from the rightful holder of such rights.
• Para suplantar identidad, engañar, difamar, acosar o defraudar a cualquier persona.To impersonate, deceive, defame, harass, or defraud any person.

c) Tus declaraciones y la licencia que nos otorgasc) Your representations and the license you grant

Al crear un avatar, declaras y garantizas que tienes todos los derechos y consentimientos necesarios sobre el rostro, el cuerpo y la voz que subes. Nos otorgas una licencia limitada para procesar tus identificadores biométricos (como la geometría facial y las características de tu voz) con el único fin de crear y operar tu avatar y generar los videos que tú solicites. When you create an avatar, you represent and warrant that you hold all rights and consents necessary for the face, body, and voice you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your biometric identifiers (such as facial geometry and voice characteristics) for the sole purpose of creating and operating your avatar and generating the videos you request.

d) Datos biométricos, conservación y revocaciónd) Biometric data, retention & revocation

• Tratamos estos datos como datos biométricos sensibles, descritos en la Política de Privacidad, y aplicamos medidas de seguridad razonables.We treat this data as sensitive biometric data, described in the Privacy Policy, and apply reasonable security measures.
• Puedes eliminar tu avatar y revocar este consentimiento en cualquier momento desde tu cuenta. La revocación detiene la generación futura; podríamos no poder recuperar videos que ya descargaste o publicaste.You can delete your avatar and revoke this consent at any time from your account. Revocation stops future generation; we may be unable to recall videos you already downloaded or published.
• Conservamos los datos del avatar mientras tu cuenta esté activa o según sea necesario para prestar el Servicio, y los eliminamos tras el cierre de la cuenta salvo obligación legal de conservarlos.We retain avatar data while your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and delete it after account closure unless we are legally required to keep it.
• Para generar videos, tus datos pueden ser procesados por proveedores de IA externos (ver Sección 8).To generate videos, your data may be processed by third-party AI providers (see Section 8).

Crear un avatar y usar el Servicio implica que aceptas y reiteras este consentimiento cada vez.Creating an avatar and using the Service means you accept and reaffirm this consent each time.

05Tu contenido y su propiedadYour content and ownership

• Tus entradas y resultados. Conservas la propiedad de las fotos, voces, textos y demás material que subes («Entradas»), y de los videos que generas con ellos («Resultados»), en la medida permitida por la ley.Your inputs and outputs. You retain ownership of the photos, voices, text, and other material you upload (“Inputs”), and of the videos you generate from them (“Outputs”), to the extent permitted by law.
• Licencia a Dobel. Nos otorgas una licencia mundial, no exclusiva y revocable para alojar, procesar, reproducir y transmitir tus Entradas y Resultados con el fin de operar y mejorar el Servicio.License to Dobel. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, revocable license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit your Inputs and Outputs in order to operate and improve the Service.
• Tu responsabilidad. Eres el único responsable de tus Entradas, tus Resultados y del uso que hagas de ellos.Your responsibility. You are solely responsible for your Inputs, your Outputs, and how you use them.

06Uso aceptableAcceptable use

No usarás Dobel para:You will not use Dobel to:

• Actividades ilegales o que infrinjan derechos de terceros (incluida la propiedad intelectual).Unlawful activity or anything that infringes others’ rights (including intellectual property).
• Crear contenido sexual o explícito, especialmente con la imagen de una persona sin su consentimiento, o cualquier contenido que involucre a menores.Create sexual or explicit content, especially using a person’s likeness without consent, or any content involving minors.
• Suplantar identidad, crear «deepfakes» engañosos, difamar, acosar, intimidar o promover odio o violencia.Impersonate, create misleading “deepfakes,” defame, harass, intimidate, or promote hatred or violence.
• Engañar, estafar, hacer phishing, enviar spam o difundir desinformación.Deceive, scam, phish, spam, or spread misinformation.
• Eludir las medidas de seguridad o de cumplimiento del Servicio, o introducir malware.Circumvent the Service’s safety or compliance measures, or introduce malware.

Podemos revisar, limitar o eliminar contenido y suspender cuentas que infrinjan estos Términos.We may review, limit, or remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

07Veracidad y cumplimiento publicitarioHonesty & advertising compliance

Si usas Dobel para promocionar productos, servicios u oportunidades, eres el único responsable de que tus afirmaciones sean veraces, no engañosas y cumplan las leyes aplicables (por ejemplo, las normas de la FTC y la FDA en EE. UU., y la regulación local de tu país). No debes hacer promesas falsas, garantías de resultados ni afirmaciones de salud, ingresos o inversión que no puedas sustentar. If you use Dobel to promote products, services, or opportunities, you are solely responsible for ensuring your claims are truthful, not misleading, and compliant with applicable laws (for example, FTC and FDA rules in the U.S., and your country’s local regulations). You must not make false promises, guarantees of results, or health, income, or investment claims you cannot substantiate.

Las funciones de seguridad y cumplimiento de Dobel (como los avisos de contenido de alto riesgo) son herramientas de apoyo, no asesoría legal. La decisión de publicar y la responsabilidad por el contenido son tuyas. Dobel’s safety and compliance features (such as high-risk content warnings) are support tools, not legal advice. The decision to publish and responsibility for the content are yours.

08Inteligencia artificial y proveedores externosAI and third-party providers

Para prestar el Servicio usamos modelos y proveedores de terceros (por ejemplo, proveedores de generación de video y voz, modelos de lenguaje y procesadores de pago). Tu contenido puede ser transmitido y procesado por ellos para generar tus videos. El uso de esos servicios puede estar sujeto a los términos y políticas de dichos proveedores. No controlamos ni garantizamos sus servicios. To provide the Service we use third-party models and providers (for example, video and voice generation providers, language models, and payment processors). Your content may be transmitted to and processed by them to generate your videos. Use of those services may be subject to those providers’ terms and policies. We do not control or guarantee their services.

09Planes, pagos y cancelaciónPlans, billing & cancellation

• Suscripciones. Los planes de pago se facturan de forma recurrente (por ejemplo, mensual) y se renuevan automáticamente hasta que los canceles.Subscriptions. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly) and renew automatically until you cancel.
• Créditos y videos adicionales. Algunas funciones consumen cupos o créditos; los videos adicionales se cobran según el precio vigente.Credits and extra videos. Some features consume quotas or credits; extra videos are charged at the then-current price.
• Cancelación. Puedes cancelar cuando quieras; el acceso continúa hasta el final del periodo ya pagado.Cancellation. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the period already paid.
• Reembolsos. Salvo que la ley exija lo contrario, los pagos no son reembolsables.Refunds. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

10Propiedad intelectual de DobelDobel’s intellectual property

El Servicio, el software, la marca «Dobel», los logotipos y el diseño son propiedad de Dobel o de sus licenciantes. Te otorgamos una licencia limitada, personal y no transferible para usar el Servicio conforme a estos Términos. No puedes copiar, modificar, descompilar ni revender el Servicio. The Service, the software, the “Dobel” brand, logos, and design are owned by Dobel or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, decompile, or resell the Service.

11PrivacidadPrivacy

El tratamiento de tus datos personales y biométricos se describe en nuestra Política de Privacidad, que forma parte de estos Términos. 12Garantías y descargosWarranties & disclaimers

El Servicio se proporciona «tal cual» y «según disponibilidad», sin garantías de ningún tipo. No garantizamos que los resultados de la IA sean exactos, ininterrumpidos o aptos para un fin específico. Usas el Servicio bajo tu propio riesgo. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that AI outputs are accurate, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose. You use the Service at your own risk.

13Limitación de responsabilidadLimitation of liability

En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, Dobel no será responsable por daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuenciales, ni por pérdida de beneficios, datos o reputación. La responsabilidad total de Dobel relacionada con el Servicio se limita a la cantidad que pagaste en los 12 meses anteriores al hecho que origine la reclamación. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dobel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or reputation. Dobel’s total liability relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

14IndemnizaciónIndemnification

Aceptas indemnizar y mantener indemne a Dobel frente a reclamaciones, daños y gastos (incluidos honorarios legales razonables) derivados de tu contenido, tu uso del Servicio o tu incumplimiento de estos Términos, en particular el uso de la imagen o la voz de una persona sin su consentimiento. You agree to indemnify and hold Dobel harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms, in particular any use of a person’s likeness or voice without their consent.

15Suspensión y terminaciónSuspension & termination

Podemos suspender o cerrar tu cuenta si incumples estos Términos o si es necesario para proteger a las personas o al Servicio. Puedes cerrar tu cuenta cuando quieras. Tras la terminación, dejaremos de generar nuevos videos y eliminaremos los datos de tu avatar conforme a la Sección 4 y a la Política de Privacidad. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or if necessary to protect people or the Service. You may close your account at any time. After termination, we will stop generating new videos and delete your avatar data in accordance with Section 4 and the Privacy Policy.

16Cambios, ley aplicable y contactoChanges, governing law & contact

• Cambios. Podemos actualizar estos Términos; publicaremos la versión vigente con su fecha. El uso continuado del Servicio implica la aceptación de los cambios.Changes. We may update these Terms; we will post the current version with its date. Continued use of the Service means you accept the changes.
